If it's your first time using shape wear, we recommend to go a size up. It is ABSOLUTELY recommended NOT to order sizes smaller for first timers. If you have experience in wearing shape wear daily, then order your true to size.

Shape wear has double compression and when you receive you may believe it will not fit. if you used our size chart, it will fit. Fold the silicone trim up before sliding up. It is required you stretch it and watch our video for instructions on how to put it on. You may require some assistance on putting it on. PLEASE NOTE WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR FAJA: 

I know they feel super small ladies, but they are compression garments. They are supposed to compress!!! Please order at least one size up. When you get your faja in the right size, you honestly have to get your mind ready for the process. You will fight with the Faja. For me, the trick is to get it in the place properly on my thighs and pull the butt part in the right position too. Before you begin clasping the hooks, make the inner seams on the legs are in the middle and NOT turned outward. It will take you about 10-15 minutes to get it in place and on properly. I know that sounds crazy, but after a few days it gets easier and faster, and before you know it, you're on the last set of hooks. It’s going to change your life!
