Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Times

We proudly ship both domestic and international orders.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • U.S. Shipping: Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Swish Body is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or other selected carrier), the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of your package. Swish Body is not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

If a package is returned to us for any reason, including an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipping label before the order can be reshipped.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing any shipping information you may need.

International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are required, payment must be made before your package can be released by customs. Refusing to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us.

Should a refused shipment be returned, you will receive store credit for the value of the merchandise, less:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs charges
  • Any additional fees incurred by Swish Body

By law, customs authorities require us to declare the full value of your order on the package. We are unable to alter or undervalue customs declarations.

Please note that customs inspections may occasionally cause shipping delays that are beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for shipment.

Please note:

  • Your order will ship only after all pre-order item(s) become available.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once every item is available.
  • Estimated restock and shipping dates are provided whenever possible but are subject to change.

If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
