Cancellation policy

At Swish Body, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene standards. By placing an order, selecting a purchase option, or submitting a return request, you agree to the terms below.





PRE-ORDERS (IMPORTANT)



All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled.


Because pre-order inventory is reserved specifically for you:


  • ❌ Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a refund
  • ❌ Pre-orders cannot be modified once placed
  • ✅ If you no longer want the pre-order, you may request store credit to be used toward an in-stock item before the order ships



Once a pre-order has shipped, it follows the standard return eligibility rules below.





RETURN WINDOW



Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.


To qualify, items must be:


  • In new, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or odors



Returns that do not meet these standards will be denied.





RESTOCKING FEE



All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.





NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (HYGIENE POLICY)



For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Waist trainers
  • Shapewear / fajas
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments / panties
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing tags or original packaging



No exceptions.





UNAPPROVED OR NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS



⚠️ Return authorization is required before sending anything back.


If a customer sends back:


  • An item that was not approved for return, or
  • An item that fails inspection



then:


  • The customer will be responsible for paying shipping to have the item returned back to them, and
  • If shipping is not paid within 15 days, the item will be disposed of and no refund or credit will be issued



This policy is strictly enforced.





DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS



If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at:support@swishbody@gmail.com

Include:


  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem



Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied.
