Cancellation policy
At Swish Body, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene standards. By placing an order, selecting a purchase option, or submitting a return request, you agree to the terms below.
PRE-ORDERS (IMPORTANT)
All pre-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled.
Because pre-order inventory is reserved specifically for you:
- ❌ Pre-orders cannot be canceled for a refund.
- ❌ Pre-orders cannot be modified once they have been placed.
- ✅ If you no longer wish to keep your pre-order, you may request store credit before your order ships, which can be applied toward any in-stock item.
Once a pre-order has shipped, it will follow the standard return eligibility outlined below.
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, or any other signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEE
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (HYGIENE POLICY)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Waist trainers
- Shapewear / fajas
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments / panties
- Items marked Final Sale
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
No exceptions.
UNAPPROVED OR NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS
⚠️ Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
If a customer returns:
- An item that was not approved for return, or
- An item that does not pass inspection,
then:
- The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to them.
- If return shipping is not paid within 15 days, the item will be disposed of, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
This policy is strictly enforced.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@swishbody@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after 72 hours of delivery may be denied.
